Course Content

Working at heights can be dangerous – learn how to identify the risks and implement appropriate control measures to keep yourself and your coworkers safe.

This interactive online training course covers the ‘ground rules’ for working at heights, including duty of care responsibilities for workers and PCBUs and the hierarchy of control for managing the risk of falls.

 

You’ll learn about the key equipment and components of fall-prevention devices, work positioning and fall-arrest systems, as well as basic ladder safety and administrative control measures.

 

Please note: This is an awareness course only and you may need other qualifications before you can do various types of work at heights.

Additional Details

This course is delivered via Aveling’s online Learning Management System (LMS). Once you have booked and paid, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing a link to gain access to the system and your course.
