Visual management is a powerful tool for conveying critical information quickly and effectively, used to outline expectations, track performance, maintain standards, and ensure safety. This workshop will explore various visual management tools and techniques, such as line markings, shadow boards, and performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
