The course contains 11 modules of approximately 20-30 minutes each.

How can you best support distressed colleagues or provide a service to people with a history of trauma and adversity so that it is a safe and positive experience for them and you?
The Trauma-Informed Care course provides essential training for managers, supervisors, community leaders and anyone who has responsibility for the psychosocial wellbeing of others. It helps to build the skills necessary to develop and implement policies and practices that create a safe and supportive environment for those affected by trauma and adversity, promoting psychological safety and employee wellbeing, and supporting organisational productivity.
It can be accessed on any personal device or platform. The modularised nature of the course allows busy staff the opportunity to complete individual modules when convenient. Users have access to the course for 6 months and can go back and revise sections previously completed.
No previous experience in the provision of trauma-informed practices or knowledge of mental health is required.
