Time management is the process of planning and allocating how much time to spend on specific activities. Good time management allows you to complete more in a shorter period of time, lowers the amount of stress, and allows you to operate better under pressure. It requires a shift from focusing on the activity level to focusing on results – being busy isn’t the same as being effective!
This course teaches participants techniques to manage their time such as goal setting, planning, delegation and managing interruptions and distractions.
