Participants will explore the complete project lifecycle, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing stages. Key areas of focus include defining project scope, engaging with stakeholders, developing project plans, and implementing strategies for effective risk and change management. The course also emphasises practical skills in areas such as creating Gantt charts, managing project resources, and ensuring quality control throughout the project's duration.

 

The course aims to build a foundational understanding of project management principles, equipping participants with the capability to work in a project management environment or lead projects that deliver value.
