Course Content

What is this topic about?

This includes becoming more aware of potential signs of mental health issues, in yourself and others, as well as understanding how you and others can help.

Why is this topic important?

It is possible - even likely - you will have encountered people with mental health concerns in your workplace. The good news is that you can help yourself or others suffering from anxiety or depression even if you are not completely sure of all the signs, causes and treatment available.
