Masterclass: Leader as Coach

Swinburne University of Technology

Short Course

Course Overview

The Leader as Coach program is designed to enhance coaching skills through a dynamic learning approach, where participants learn by being actively coached. Guided by an experienced facilitator, participants will engage in practical learning experiences, acquiring ready-to-use tools and templates that enhance their coaching capabilities.

Coaches play a pivotal role in empowering others. They foster self-awareness, promote integrated thinking, and sharpen observational skills. Leaders equipped with coaching skills excel in motivating their teams, forging stronger connections, building trust, and nurturing an innovative environment. This program emphasises the development of key coaching skills such as active listening, reflection, empathy, and powerful questioning to enhance trust and communication within teams.

This hands-on Masterclass is designed to empower participants to become adept coaches themselves or to elevate their colleagues and leaders.
