The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is a fundamental principle in continuous improvement. 

 

This workshop introduces participants' to the PDCA cycle and its application in scoping and delivering on CI projects in the workplace. Attendees will gain insights into essential project management techniques, equipping them to manage larger projects effectively on-site and in teams. The A3 problem-solving method will be presented as an efficient and straightforward project management tool tailored for continuous improvement initiatives. Participants will create an A3 report for either an actual project or a simulated one relevant to their organisation.
