This Process Mapping half-day workshop is designed to equip employees with the essential tools and methodologies for effective problem solving within an organisation. 

The session focuses on looking at problem solving, not just from a continuous improvement tool perspective, but also on building a culture around problem solving vs fire-fighting. Through the session, participants will be engaged in practical exercises and discussions in the use of tools such as 5 Whys, Fish bone Diagrams and Root Cause Analysis. By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify, analyse, and resolve issues using standardised problem-solving techniques.
