Course Overview

In an ever-changing business landscape, organisations face the constant challenge of adapting to new situations while ensuring the well-being of their employees and leaders play a crucial role in guiding their teams through these transitions. The constant nature of workplace change has many employees suffering fatigue and feeling overwhelmed. 

 

There are simple ways employees can improve the experience for their teams and increase the resilience of staff to the overall process. In this course, participants will learn some of the basics about human motivation, how to engage people in change and how to counter resistance. More importantly, they will discover how to communicate with people as they progress through their own transition.

 

This course is aimed at supervisors and managers who want to support their staff through organisational change.

Course Content

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the difference between managing and leading change

  • Identify what transition might mean for their staff and how to move them through
  • Improve facilitation, coaching and communication skills around change and resistance
