Course Overview

This Human Resources Staff Certification Program is designed to enhance participants' practical and technical competencies in HR administration. The training is based on the certification scheme established by the National Agency for Professional Certification (BNSP) and follows competency units aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI), including exam preparation.

The topic includes understanding job analysis methods, identifying key responsibilities and qualifications, and writing standardized descriptions that support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Administering Social Security Programs
    This topic focuses on the technical and administrative aspects of managing employee social security benefits. Participants will learn how to register employees, manage contributions, ensure timely reporting to relevant government bodies (e.g., BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan in Indonesia), and maintain accurate records. The module also emphasizes compliance and the importance of aligning benefits with organizational policies and national labor laws.
  • Administering Payroll Systems
    Participants will gain a practical understanding of payroll administration, including wage calculation, tax deductions, overtime payments, and handling of other allowances or bonuses. The topic also covers the use of payroll software, payslip generation, documentation, and ensuring compliance with government tax regulations (PPH 21) and employee confidentiality standards.
  • Administering HR Policy Implementation
    This topic prepares participants to effectively support the implementation of HR policies within the workplace. They will learn how to communicate and enforce policies related to employee conduct, attendance, performance, grievance handling, and workplace ethics. The training includes aligning policy application with employment contracts and labor laws, and ensuring consistent application across departments to support a fair and productive work environment.
