Course Overview

This certification program is designed for HR professionals in managerial roles who are responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and development of strategic human resources policies. The program follows the official competency scheme based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI).

Training Objectives

  • Enhance participants’ capabilities in strategic human resources management
  • Develop skills in HR systems development, policy formulation, analysis, and organizational communication
  • Prepare participants to pass the national competency certification for HR Manager

Program Schedule

  • Day 1: Training and Competency Unit Briefing (8 hours)
  • Day 2: Advanced Training and Exam Simulation (8 hours)
  • Day 3: Competency Certification Exam conducted by LSP (8 hours)

  7. Formulating HR Management Strategies and Policies
  8. Designing Business Processes, Functions, and Roles within the Organization
  9. Assessing Human Resource Needs
  10. Designing Remuneration Systems
  11. Defining Worker Job Descriptions
  12. Designing Learning and Development Programs
  13. Creating Succession Planning Programs
  14. Drafting Company Regulations and/or Collective Labor Agreements
  15. Building Effective Organizational Communication

Additional Details

Recommended Participants

  • HR Supervisors preparing to advance into managerial positions
  • HR Managers who have not yet obtained official certification
  • Senior HR practitioners, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), or HR Managers in mid-to-large scale organizations

Prerequisites

Participants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or any major, with relevant work experience or internship certification in HR
  • Diploma (D3) graduates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience and a competency-based training certificate
  • Currently serving as an HR Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and holding a competency-based training certificate
  • Currently serving as an HR Manager with a minimum of 6 months of experience
