Session 3: Understanding sensitivity issues within the Australian hospitality industry.
Session 4: Introduction to sourcing and using the information in the hospitality industry.
Session 5: Understanding the basic skills on how to work effectively in hospitality service.
Session 6: Recommendations for applying for jobs within the Australian hospitality industry.

The three-day online program consists of six, 2-hour sessions (4 hours per day). No assessment is required, however, a Certificate of Participation will be awarded for each completed program.
