Learning experience:

• Evaluate your own time management strengths, weaknesses and consider a structured approach to prioritising your work tasks
• Consider the practices of a time management hero, your habits and time management strategies that could help you succeed in your role.
• Discuss things to try and opportunities to improve time management in your own role with a colleague
• Consider what feedback is and the consequences that it may have and reflect on your own current feedback capabilities
• Contemplate the consequences of being receptive to feedback and explore strategies to provide feedback in order to enhance outcomes
• Identify and apply feedback strategies with colleagues in a healthcare setting and complete a peer assessment review
• Identify strategies to manage a response to high-stress situations in a challenging workplace, resulting in better personal, professional, and patient outcomes.
