This short course has been developed in partnership with the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM) and is suitable for all administrative staff, doctors, nurses, and allied health practitioners working in a medical setting. If you are looking to build workforce skills in human resource management, business operations, compliance, risk, safety and leadership, this course can help meet your needs.

Students will be equipped with checklists and tools to apply in your practice, including a Practice Improvement Plan and Personal Development Plan. All study materials are online and all students will participate in a one-to-one 30 minute coaching session with one of our educators to help them plan and implement improvements.
