The course "Effective Prompting" is a comprehensive one-day program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in generative artificial intelligence. It is organised into five modules, each focusing on different aspects of generative AI and its applications in the workplace. Students will be provided with a Open AI - ChatGPT license for the duration of this course. 

 

We use hands-on, real-world examples to help you understand what is possible with this new and highly productive way to work.

What do I need to know to attend?

 A basic knowledge of AI tools and terminologies is recommended but not essential. Students will be given free access to Open AI and Chat GTP as well as access to a Microsoft 365 lab environment with a Copilot license. Students will have access to the Microsoft lab environment post course for up to 30 days (subject to availability)

 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants should feel confident in their understanding of generative
AI and be able to apply their knowledge to a range of tasks, from automating mundane office work to
crafting engaging content and even aiding in software development. The goal is to demystify AI and
make it an accessible and useful tool for all.
