This CI Master Class has been designed for government enterprise and government departments to focus in on how to improve individual or team processes. 

Many organisations are faced with the challenge of how to develop a common understanding of process improvement so it is being carried out in a similar way across all teams. It will provide participants with an understanding of continuous improvement (CI) tools that drive systematic improvements including how to conduct root cause and cause-and-effect analyses, pinpointing value and non-value activities along with waste (DOWNTIME), utilising visual management, and how to develop and execute effective solutions.

• Develop practical skills to do process mapping, building a SIPOC and apply to real processes
• Learn how to identify value/non value add activities & apply problem solving tools including root cause analysis and fishbone diagrams
