This Business Process Master Class is designed to enhance participants' skills in identifying, mapping, and enhancing business processes. 

It provides a fundamental understanding across all teams of an organisation on how to process map and document process, while identifying where waste may exist or improvement opportunities. The course covers a range of topics including journey mapping, developing standard operating procedures, and utilising the SIPOC tool. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain hands-on experience in applying these tools to real-world business processes within their teams.
