In today's competitive business landscape, effective teamwork has become an essential ingredient for an organisation's success.

 

Teams in organisations are where many employees undertake most of their work. They are where ideas are conceived and tested and where innovation occurs. They are also where interpersonal issues, poor communication and unclear goals can hinder productivity and cause friction.  

 

This program focuses on the five key dynamics that drive high-performing teams, enabling participants to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
