Session 1: Information on all the major wine growing regions (NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland) and brands.
Session 2: Understanding Australian wine history and future trends.
Session 3: Introduction to Australian viticulture.
Session 4: Understanding the process of winemaking, from vine to bottle.
Session 5: How to analyse the subtleties and nuances of the different wine styles.
Session 6: Recommendation of classic wines to try and an introduction to taste skills

The three-day online program consists of six, 2-hour sessions (4 hours per day). No assessment is required, however, a Certificate of Participation will be awarded for each completed program.

Special requirement - Participants must be over 18 years of age to attend the course.
