Session 2: Understanding the importance of providing individual support and wellbeing.
Session 3: Introduction to safe work practices for direct client care in Australia.
Session 4: Understanding legal and ethical compliance in Australia.
Session 5: Communication skills in the aged care sector.
Session 6: How to get a job in aged care.

The three-day online program consists of six, 2-hour sessions (4 hours per day). No assessment is required, however, a Certificate of Participation will be awarded for each completed program.
