About IA Skills

IA Skills is an initiative under IA-CEPA ECP Katalis, the economic cooperation program between Indonesia and Australia. Its mission is to connect the Indonesian workforce with Australian universities, private providers and vocational education and training (VET) institutions through high-quality, demand-driven training programs.

The platform offers a dynamic catalogue of short courses and micro-credentials across industries — from digital technology and healthcare to tourism, sustainability, and of course, leadership. All programs are developed and delivered by qualified Australian training institutions, ensuring international standards while also being adaptable to Indonesia’s local business context. For organisations with specific training needs, IA Skills also provides a tender process through which companies can customise their own leadership or technical programs, tailored to team goals, industry focus, and preferred delivery formats.
